Unable to sign in and followed dirrections for "why do I keep getting the message: "Currently not connected to RealTimes (or RealPLayer Cloud)"? Now I'not only still get the message but now Im not authotized to search for videos What Next?

    To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

    If the issue persists, please let us know.
