 I paid for the full subscription $49.99 on Visa Ref #xxxx for full year.

But also, I been charged a monthly Premium $ 9.99 continuity on same Visa Ref#xxxx...

Visa last four digit -xxxx (new). (Old Visa superseded last four digits - xxxx )

  1. RealTimes Premium (Annual) for $49.99 per year. This is under your aol email address

  2. RealTimes 100GB (Monthly) for $9.99 per month.This is under your gmail email address.

  Please let us know if you would like to cancel any particular account so you won't be charged twice going forward.

  I paid for the Premium service on January 1st...order # A-S 00171377 at $4.99 a month, Then charged again today with order # A-S 00185231.

  Your RealTimes Premium (Monthly) plan under A-S 00171377 was cancelled due to non payment of your monthly fees. We sent you multiple emails requesting you to update your credit card. Failing to do so, automatically cancelled your plan.

  We see that you restarted a new subscription under A-S 00185231. You have not been charged yet for this. If you want this cancelled, please let us know.
