new version not finding youtube videos
I was upgraded to version 18.1.14.201 as it was the new version BUT I have now lost the ability to download youtube music and other types of video using EDGE the downloader can not find the video file even though I am watching it.
WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS SOFTWARE TO CAUSE THIS PROBLEM IT WORKED FINE IN THE PREVIOUS VERSION NOW ITS FUCKED A MASSIVE STEP BACKWARDS PLEASE GET IT RIGHT AND GIVE US BACK THE DOWNLOADING SYSTEM

We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

I agree same thing here but the odd thing is I can get regular videos but when I load a music video like an 80's video it can't find it it seems VERY selective now.

I am at my wits end attempting to get real player to find the videos to download. I even attempted to find the video using the URL, but the software can not find the videos to download. I can play the video on my computer, but its invisible to real player. These are not copy written videos, just personal post by people on you tube, Any suggestions?

If you are not able to download certain videos, please note that we have released our latest version that fixes this problem. Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve the downloader issue.

If RealPlayer is not able to play certain existing videos, it is possible that your computer is missing some codecs.
Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.
