Unable to download
I'm done looking all over the damn net for a suitable response that works. I am deleting my account. Your product is crap! Why would anyone pay for it!

We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

I followed the instructions in the help section and after the video downloads it still won't put it in my Realplayer Plus library. And it say's on the downloader that it is Unable to download!
Anyone have a solution for this problem?

Can you please do the following and let us know the version of videodl.exe
1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer (Folder)
2. Look for a file named videodl.exe and right click the file
3. Click the Details tab and let me know the Product version
Please note: If the version is not 2019.01.17, it means that you didn't follow the previously mentioned instructions or something didn't work right. In any case, can you please confirm?
Can you also go to C:\ProgramData\Real\RealUpgrade and let us know all the files and folders you see there? If possible, can you attach the file named RealUpgrade_18_1.xml and send it back to us, please?
