Unable to download videos
I have downloaded the update as directed on the support web site; however, that has not solved my problem. The software does not recognize that a video exists. The message says, "No video found at that web address." or "No video found on this page." depending on the method of download attempted.

Can you please let us know what is the version of RealPlayer installed on your computer now?
The version installed should be 18.1.14.202.

Contray to the site displaying that the download a video has been fixed
IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED !!!!!! YOU STILL CANNOT DOWNLOAD VIDEOS FROM YOU TUBE
YOU still get the "no video found at that web address" so STOP TELLING FIBS AND DO A PROPER FIX ON YOUR SOFTWARE

We are aware of some changes made on websites like YouTube which has caused RealDownloader to not download videos.
Our engineers are working on resolving this issue. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.

1) There's no longer a download button on chrome or IE. So now what?
2) I can't even download my own videos I made and posted to Facebook or any other site so far.0 -

If you have any firewall program installed, you will need to "allow" RealDownloader in it. Please contact your Firewall program support on how to do it.

unable to down load videos. I have followed the instruction provided to fix the problem, but the problem is still there. I would like to give realplayer access to my computer to correct the problem. thanks
