    Since updating to real player plus, I have a similar problem as above.  In my case, when I skip to a different position on a video, the sound stops and I cannot get it back again.  This is very annoying, that after paying for the update, my system which was working perfectly before, is now faulty!!!

    At times I lose both audio and video,   In any case I have to close the video playback and start again to restore both video and audio.

    Since my Real Times was working perfectly before upgrading to Real Player Plus, my problem  (loss of audio and video or distorted video as soon as I pause or try to skip the position on the video) has nothing to do with Windows or my hardware.  Please advise how t restore my Real Times, until you have a stable solution for Real Player Plus.
