video playback of downloaded videos

Why an I unable to fast forward some downloaded videos. I was able to do this before I installed the last update realplayer suggested? Should I go back to the preupdate?

  We tested this with various videos downloaded and not able to see any issues. Would you be able to provide us with a sample file so we can test it in-house?

  To send us a file up to 1 GB in size, please follow these instructions:

  2. You will see instructions for attaching the file. Choose the file you want to send us.
  3. In the "to" section, enter "gsharma".
  4. In the box below, enter your email address and/or ticket number, along with a brief note about the issue (just a sentence is fine).
  5. Click Send.

  We will review the file(s). If for some reason we have difficulty receiving the file, we will let you know.

  I have downloaded it 5 times. I have downloaded the Microsoft bug fix. For the last week unable to play videos  flutes1100@yahoo.com
