I cant pay for upgrade to the last real time plus

I cant pay to upgrade to last real player premium +.for 22 euro I has  to card Visa and mastercard.

and i write  all number and my name and the tree number of backsida. I has done

evrething correct. and computer sade its wrong Arne. I will pay upgrade to realtime 18 plus, if I not have it ?. You can look on my ordernumber 332094881 order date 10/02/12. VAT registration LU22742631.

Its looks i has Real/player Plus v15. If I has pay before must i pay again.
