Downloading video problem

Last time everytime i watch anime from kissanime, i watch video with beta server and can download very smooth. Recently today, 26 oct, it suddenly appear unable to download, i uninstall and tried over and over, and still not working. Need your help urgently

  Can you please let us know which web browser you are using to download videos? Also, can you please provide the URL of the video you are downloading videos from? We can test it in-house and let you know.
