Downloading problems

    We have identified the download issue and resolved it. Please follow these instructions to resolve your downloader issue.

    1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox or Edge)
    2. Click the blue downloader icon on the top of your web browser once until you receive "Unable to download videos" or "No videos found" message
    3. Repeat step 2 once more
    4. Restart your PC

    This will update the fix and you should be able to download videos again.

    I have the same problems as Bob Hennessey. but I have

    Windows explorer 7. I have uninstalled and re installed several times as you previously stated but all to no avail. I seem to be able to sign in and all looks well but than I get a message "Unknown Error 2131046405 General Error. plus other similar messages.

    I have videos in my library and have tried to make a DVD at numerous times but failed each time. is there a solution for my problems if not how do I get my subscription paid back to me to pay for another software for me to try. Not sure if my problem is due to me living here in the UK.
