Realdownloader update

 I did all the steps to get realdownload to update and work but I still get nothing. Is there a more effective fix for this?

  Real Player seems to have gone to Hell recently. It was working perfectly and then chaos. I'm still waiting for my "Library Locking" problem to be addressed and now Down Loader doesn't work.

  I wish I had £5 for every time I've removed and reinstalled Real Player which does absolutely  nothing.

  Please get it sorted ASAP please.
