Lost content. Computer crashed.
My old computer crashed. Hard drive. I got a new computer and reinstalled Realplayer but only got around 10% content back. Is there any way of getting the content back?

As long as you have a backup of your files from your old hard drive, you should be able to add them back to RealPlayer. Please let us know if you have a backup of your files from the old hard drive.

Old hard drive was damaged and near capacity so I was saving content externally. The external unit causes my new computer to freeze and has compatibility issues. I was hoping that when I installed Realplayer on my new computer the library would come with it. Some did but the playlist and more than half the content didn't come along.

See second comment as explanation of my woes.

Please note: The files were stored in the old PC's hard disk and the playlists are related to those files. Installing RealPlayer on a different computer won't automatically import all those files or even the playlists as they don't exist in this computer yet. Since you say you took a backup into an external hard disk, you may want to contact the manufacturer and find out why it is not compatible with your new computer. I am assuming that this is a Windows PC, so it should work. However, even if you are able to import your backed up files into your new PC, you will still need to create the playlists again.
