re-downloading

I just downloaded SMART SHARE on my computer and changed my device name to MEDIA SERVER.SINCE THAN I CANNOT DOWNLOAD ANY VIDEOS FROM THE WEB, FOR EXAMPLE YOUTUBE.CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE, THANK YOU.

  Please follow these instructions to resolve your downloader issue.

  1. Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox or Edge)
  2. Click the blue downloader icon on the top of your web browser once until you receive "Unable to download videos" or "No videos found" message
  3. Repeat step 2 once more
  4. Restart your PC

  This will update the fix and you should be able to download videos again.

  tried downloading from you tube but it just tells me unable to download  whats the problem ?

  Our engineering team were able to release a new version which fixes the download issue.

  To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
