Important Notice popup will not stop

Every time I power up my computer I get this popup from RealPlayer stating that the cloud storage coupon has expired and that my files will be deleted if I do not sign up for a plan by December 14, 2018.  I click the "Don't Show Again" button in that window so that it will not 'show again' but the next time I boot my computer there it is, the same message.  How do I disable that message?  I don't need cloud storage and I don't want cloud storage.
