Real Player not playing sound

I just ran the Real Player updates.  Now I can't hear the audio.  I can play audio from my Windows Media Player.  Help

  To resolve your issue, please follow these steps.
  
  1.  Play any audio or video file with RealPlayer
  
  2. Right click on the volume icon in your task bar as shown in the screenshot below:
  
  
  
  3. You will receive a few options while the very first one will be Open Volume Mixer
  
  
  
  4. You will see RealPlayer here as shown in the screenshot below
  
  
  
  If the volume ticker is all the way down, you will need to move it up. In any case, please send me the screenshot of what you are seeing here in Volume Mixer.

  Still sound is not enough even though I have made above setting. Please look into this matter.

  What happens when you play the same file with a different media player like Windows Media Player? How loud is it when you play with Windows Media Player?
