Downloader doesn't work 12.11.18
"We have released a new version of RealPlayer that resolves the download issue" No you have not Realnetworks, I still can't even download the Real test video. Win7 / Chrome and tried everything.

Assuming you have the latest version (v.18.1.15.215), can you please tell us if you have any firewall installed in your computer? We have seen in certain cases that firewall software blocks Downloader to show up.
Please confirm.

The latest version is 18.1.15.215 and this was released a couple of weeks ago.
