Disappointed
I had a working product in Real player. I was encouraged thru advertising to update with the newest and greatest….Big Mistake.... Now I have a product I can't use and to add insult to injury I paid for the upgrade thinking I would then be able to download my vides on YouTube and well as many other shows I enjoy. Even more insulting is the &$%#**&$%^^% programs that forced there way in, now I have x out of so many stinking offers, grrrrr I find it hard that a respectable company would allow such garbage to track its feet into my computer. Folks if you could just help me get all the crap that followed your upgrade into my computer "out" and make it so I could record videos again I would be grateful

When installing RealPlayer, there are various offers that come along. It is the user's choice if they want to install them or not. If not interested, there is an option to click "Not interested" so the other softwares are not installed. If you feel you did not pay attention to them, you can go to your Add/Remove programs and uninstall the ones that you don't want.
That being said, can you please confirm what version of RealPlayer is installed on your computer? The latest version is 18.1.15.215. If you are not on this version, we request you to install the latest version so you can download videos.
