Unable to Download problems - STILL!
I have been getting "Unable to Download" messages for several days now. On Wednesday it was downloading without a problem, but on Thursday it wouldn't download anything. I checked with Windows Update and I had all the proper updates, including the flash player updates. I checked with the Real Player settings and made sure that I had all the updates there. Both the Windows and Real Player were up to date, but still no downloads. I combed through the answers proposed in the R P forum and followed the instructions there and still no downloads. I have a Lenovo 510A desktop running Windows 10 version 1811 and the latest updates from both Microsoft and RealPlayer. I would appreciate some effective, constructive help here. Thanks.

If you have a Firewall software installed, you may want configure it to "allow" the downloader to work.
Can you please confirm what Firewall software is installed?

I have the same problem... and the "FIX" that they talk about does not work!

I have Windows Defender (also up to date) and it was already set to allow Real Player through. Still no downloads.
