Cannot post videos to facebook

Simply put, RealTimes cannot post videos to facebook, and their is no support for this.

Yes you can upload them to the real player cloud and then post the link, but this is completely different than posting it to facebook as the other people have to click the link to open the video, and not every end user is able to learn how to do this as Real has no support for this and claim that their player *can* post to facebook. This also treads on the territory of false advertising.

  it has been 2 days now and no one has responded, not even someone from Real

  And because no one can help or assist with this in a timely manor, the customer is going to cancel their subscription to the real player networks

  We see that Facebook has made changes on their end and hence the "share" is broken at this time. Our engineers are working on looking at alternatives. Once they are able to look for an alternate solution, we will send you an email.
