Nothing works correctly

RealPlayer (win32)

Version 18.1.15.215

I apparently have the latest update.

I am using a 64 bit machine with Windows ten

 

1. I no longer get the download video tag when in youtube.
2. There is a tag at the bottom of the RealPlayer screen that says “adding 43%” What does that mean?
3. Last night I uploaded a video to RealPlayer but it has no audio. I uploaded to YouTube and the audio works.
4. My contacts from Google do not transfer to RealPlayer.
5. After desperately clicking around for information from Real I somehow opened RealTimes. The video I uploaded to RealPlayer was on Realtimes and the audio worked.
   (What is the relationship between these two apps?)
6. I keep getting these things called “Stories.” I do not want these stories. How can I stop this from happening.
7. Is there any documentation that explains how to use RealPlayer and Realtimes?
8. I have the RealPlayer and Realtimes apps on my Android phone. What a confusing mess. Whenever I want to use RealPlayer, Realtimes keeps opening.
9. The page on Realplayer has a button on the lower left corner that has the numeral “8” on it. What does that mean? When I click on the button, there are no activities.
10. When I tried to convert a video to realmedia 64, I get the message that the file “could not convert:”
11. The file converter seldom works.
12. I cannot figure the relationship between RealCloud, RealPlayer, and Realtimes. I found a place that referred to "RealPlayer" followed by "Realtimes" in parentheses implying that they are the same thing. I other locations on your site, I tries to explain the difference. 
13. I have wasted hours trying to get help.

Please believe me that I have tried to work on these problems. The apps are very inconsistent and frustrating.

  These shitdemons are only going to tell you to delete it, then upload again, and again, and again, and then pay them to watch anything, then delete it again, then download it again.  They've been pulling this shit for YEARS!
