  I bought a Adele 21 cd and I am unable to down load it cant play it unless I put the cd in and bought realsplayer plus thinking I could and it don't play my Bible dvds.what do I do

  Can you please let us know what you are trying to record? Are you trying to download videos or burn a CD/DVD.
