Realplayer missing
I really wanted TS, but can't find it - so here goes: I've been a client of the REAL tribe since it began. Years ago, I ran into a problem that resulted in downloading the Free version and used it successfully for quite a while. Then comes along v16 and I paid for the upgrade, followed by another upgrade to 16plus. Despite numerous reloads and re-logins, I NEVER did get the 16+ features. Shortly thereafter RP stopped supporting 16+ and came out with v18 (now RP+18). And like a fool, I turned around and paid for that "upgrade" also - guess what; I was never sent a download link for that one either - and the automatic turn on upon re-login does not work for me either. My latest upgrade purchase was through Paypal on 2/12/18. I guess once a fool - always a fool, but never again. I enjoyed Realplayer, when it worked, but I'll never pay another penny for the product.
