Replacing missing VIDEO art

I use Real Player plus 16 and have for many years as i enjoy it`s features. However lately i had a notice to update to a newer version, so i did. When the newer version was complete i noticed "ALL" my video`s artwork had been replaced with the real player logo, a big blue "R".  Normally when i download a video from say youtube, it will be saved showing a clip from this download as album art. This is helpful so i can quickly see what it is - but just having loads of blue "Rs" everywhere is not very helpful, searching takes longer and i`m not a fan of it..!  Does anyone know how i can replace missing VIDEO art?  CD art no problem but video is different - Help!

  This issue of missing thumbnails is more a Windows issue than a RealPlayer issue. To resolve your issue, please follow the instructions from this link.
