I got plus but I still cant  burn a dvd when I do, I  kept getting error  End of file: error Parsing AC3 audio stream. what can I do or can I cancl

  We are aware of certain video formats having this issue when burning to a DVD. Our engineers are working on resolving it. We will email you as soon as we resolve it.
