Videos in RP library vs in RealTimes.

I am wondering if the number of PHOTOS & VIDEOS shown in the RealTimes 

https://realtimes.real.com/#mc/vd

is the same as what one has compiled in the RealPlayer library?

Or, are the videos in RealTimes ONLY the ones that have been sent to the "Cloud"?

(which may NOT be the same quantity held in the RealPlayer library)
