Unable to download
Certain sites where i used to be able to download videos it no longer works anymore..I keep getting unable to download every time i try..

Can you please follow these steps:
- Try downloading a video (You may still receive the same error).
- Restart your computer. (This will update the Downloader in the background)
- Try downloading a video now and let us know if you still have the problem.
If the issue persists, can you please confirm what happens with other browsers like Chrome or Firefox?

Hi, I am unable to download live videos from facebook , even if I put the URL in. I have tried on Edge and internet explorer. Can you help please

We are aware of an issue with Facebook videos at this time and our engineers are working to fix it. This will be resolved in the next update. We will send you an email when it is resolved.
