DVD WOULD NOT PLAY/CAN'T DOWNLOAD VIDEO'S
TODAY I CAN PLAY MY DVD ON MY REAL PLAYER /REAL TIME FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A WHILE. I DID A FACTORY RESET WIPING OUT EVERYTHING.. LOSING EVERYTHING TO JUST TO START OVER REINSTALLING EVERYTHING AGAIN IS HARD WORK. This is the only way my dvd player works for me. Window will start downloading updates causing my Real Player not o work again eventually as always. I t only let you uninstall updates so many times to point where you can't uninstall update causing me to do Factory Reset . Now I can't download video's on YouTube.

We have sent you multiple emails regarding troubleshooting of your DVD burn. You have not responded to any of those.
Please follow these instructions to resolve your downloader issue.
1. Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar or open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options.
2. Under Browsing History, click Delete and Delete again when prompted.
3. Click OK and close Internet Options/Internet Explorer.
4. Open one of the web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and go to YouTube.com.
5. Click the Download This Video button. (You will still receive "No videos to download" message at this time)
6. Close all Windows and restart your PC.
7. Go back to your web browser and download a video. (You should be able to download videos again)0
