Downing Videos.

I have not been able to download any video for the past two months. I have sent a message to your support team to no avail. Please look into this situation. I have iwo laptops and niether one can downpoad videos.

  We are also noticing that certain videos are not being detected by RealDownloader. Our engineering team is investigating it. We will send you an email as soon as it is resolved.
