I paid, was working fine, now mo later CANNOT BURN; couldn't log in, reinstalled HELP,
when i open my name to the rt top, it doens't say i'm paying for anything. I paid, i figured out some of your kinks, was working fine for a couple of weeks Now, I could not log in, had to uninstall reinstall (thought that was fixed)....now seems i have no PLUS 18 discounted services. What services are discounted at that rate, i can't find out. PLEASE I ENJOYED YOUR SITE SINCE 2007. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK, SPENT HOURS TODAY TRYING TO SOLVE THE MYSTERIES.
Please help me, it's like my little hobby and my blood pressure goes up when the site never works completely
