cannot download from youtube

Can you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. I would like you to click the Details tab and let me know what the Product Version is?
Please note: It should be 2019.06.21. If it is not, the instructions were not followed correctly. Please try that once again.You may also have a firewall program that may be blocking RealDownloader from detecting videos. Can you please let us know what error you are receiving and which web browser you use to download videos?

We are noticing that this is a new type of error message coming from YouTube only. YouTube seems to have made changes on their end. Our engineers are trying to understand what changes they've made so we can come up with a resolution.

If you are able to download this video, we also feel YouTube is blocking certain users from downloading their videos. As a workaround, you can contact your ISP and ask them to provide you with a new IP address. Once you get a new IP address from your ISP, YouTube will detect this new IP address and think that you are a new user and shouldn't block you.
