how do I stop that annoying popup when you close the app saying about background uploads and downloads

  The downloads are not working for me. If I hit download it goes through the motions and allow me to convert it to mp3 but never shows on the lap tops. Please advice.

  Paul,

  To resolve your issue please follow these steps:

  1. Open RealDownloader

  2. Uncheck Convert HD videos

  3. Uncheck Delete Original videos

  Anthony,

  Does the downloaded video show up in your library? If you are converting your downloaded file to MP3, you will find the file under Music library.

  Please let us know if you still don't see the file?
