unable to burn

Over the past year have had problem burning DVD`s finally thought that the burner was old, got the latest but still unable to burn, get message " End of file : error parsing ac3 audio burn " can you solve this for me, have contacted you about this before and you suggested that the burner might be the source of my problem, very frustrating, please help.

  Eu Emerson Sabadini de Azevedo tenho o Real Player fui atualizar e foi instalado o Real Player Plus, agora não consigo mais gravar mídias gostaria de uma solução pois paguei pelo serviço, não da para ficar em Portugues, pois a gente se confunde com algumas atualizações, obrigado

  When burning to disc everything goes well until the last few seconds then a Burn failed notification is given and Device error 03-73-04 is given......this has only happened since I paid for the programme.....can you kindly help or give me a refund ....thanking you  F.Wagstaff

  This error message comes up if there is either an issue with your DVD disks or DVD burner. (Hardware issue)

  If you wish, we will be happy to refund your purchase. Please confirm.
