download speed

download speeds a crap...………….this is a con...…….

 I have  200 meg connection and download speeds were better before I upgraded....

  Can you please confirm that you are signed into RealPlayer? Signing into RealPlayer will activate your Plus features.

  I upgraded to Plus and am logged in and the download speed window shows "Unlimited", but my download speed is .66MB, same as before I upgraded. 

  I'm on HughesNet and my download speed rate is 25Mbps (tested and confirmed).

  I agree that the upgrade isn't worth it.

  Can you please do the following and let me now.

  1. Restart your computer and test another download.

  2. Can you please let me know if you see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer?

  I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.
