do I really need to tell you the problem , read all the other posts and you'll kinda get a clue .. duh!! it has some good features, jewel case printing.music downloads ,that sometime work. cd burning ok the rest as far as freezing ,not getting song title info.most of the time it gives you some shit that doesn't even pertain to the song other than that the rest is mostly shit
