why can i not download videos

when I want to download I m always asked to sign in but I can not sign in with real times  they want facebook or googles

  1. URL of the video you are unable to download.

  2. Which web browser are you using to download videos?

  We are able to download all videos in our lab so having this information will help us to identify the issue.

  I have installed by all directions of RealPlayer sign in the video I want to download says unable to download.  Why is this happening? also, called their US telephone number for instruction all the recording said was to go to www.RealPlayer.com well never found a place to type that in so, what good did that to for me.
