Inadequate Connection error message

All of a sudden, I get "Inadequate Connection errors and a further message that "This video cannot be played" on both my iphone and tablet. Anything in the cloud cannot be played. On my PC, which is also wireless has no issue.  

 

Anyone else seen this or have any thoughts on the fix?
