Where are the actual RealTime Representatives?! We're being ignored!
I posted this several days ago - no damn response from a rep, and there's no number I can call! This is terrible customer service and I have no intention of paying for a product I can't use. Someone needs to contact me ASAP!
REALTIMES WON'T SHOW VIDEOS ON ROKU
I just started having trouble viewing videos on the RealTime app that I've downloaded onto Roku. Whenever I click on a video (any video) it says video not available. However, when I go to realtimes online, all my videos play.
This has never happened before (though lately, I get the No Video Available message the first time I click on the video, but it works when I click a second time). I even deleted the app and reinstalled it to no avail. Any advice? This has all my workout videos on it, so I'm pretty damn annoyed.

Can you please reinstall the app on Roku and let us know if the issue persists.
