Real Player can't read CD Drive

I can play music in real player, and download videos/music, but when I go to burn a CD It can't find the CD drive on my computer to burn anything. I have re-downloaded real player with no success. Operating with a Dell/windows 10        Help!

  Do you have multiple CD/DVD drives in your PC? If yes, you will need to go to Preferences in RealPlayer to point the CD/DVD to the correct drive. 

  Please confirm.
