What happened to all my saved videos?

I recently had to upgrade my PC to Windows 10 from Windows 7 where I had Real Player Plus for a number of years. I downloaded Real Player to my Windows 10 PC and it was basically like starting over.  If I wanted to have access to Private Mode/storage I had to pay for it again even though I am still paying monthly for the older Plus plan, (I've taken that up with Billing).  Problem is I can't locate any of my videos, most but not all, saved in the Private Mode.  How or can I still locate them?   Thanks for any help.

  Is your Windows 10 PC the same PC that had Windows 7? If yes, all your files should still be stored in your PC hard disk. If you have a different PC, your files will not automatically show up even if you install RealPlayer and sign in to activate your paid features. 

  Therefore depending on where your files are stored, you can retrieve it. Please confirm.
