No videos found at that web address / No videos to download on this page
Tried downloading in the following browsers, Google, Edge, and the RealPlayer browser with very little success. Tried to "restart the downloader". Then restart my computer. No Good. At the RealPlayer solutions page I ran their test Download which worked? Went back and tried all browsers again. Still no good. Note: Just yesterday, Jan 23,2020 I downloaded RealPlayer onto a new computer, Then re-purchased the PREMIUM service for $39.00, which I received. But at the end the day I have a very strong computer unable to download a video. Please help.

We thank you for your patience while we were able to resolve the Downloader issue. Please follow these steps to update your Downloader.
1. Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar or open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options.
2. Under Browsing History, click Delete and Delete again when prompted.
3. Click OK and close Internet Options/Internet Explorer.
4. Open one of the web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and go to YouTube.com.
5. Click the Download This Video button. (You will still receive "No videos to download" message at this time)
6. Close all Windows and restart your PC.
7. Go back to your web browser and download a video. (You should be able to download videos again)0 -

Closing this old post. Please start a new post. In the meanwhile, can you please download any video from a non YouTube website and let us know if you are able to download?
Example - www.vimeo.com
If you are able to download from a non YouTube website but not from YouTube, it means that they are blocking downloads and the issue is not the Downloader.
Please confirm anyway.
