Cant get real player to record

I've tried everything to get real player to record.  Once it recorded on a site different from youtube. But I can't get it to record anything off youtube. I tried reloading Chrome, I tried reloading real player. I tried do things you guys sent me in an email. Non of it worked.  I am now looking another system I can buy on my own to record video.  I just can't get real player to work. Never had so much trouble with until this year. I give up.  No more. No more tries.  enough! Thank you. Hoss Gardner

  Can you please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is? 

  Please note: It should be 2020.01.24
