Need help to delete program.

RP started to malfunction, so I went through Control Panel to remove it. 2 folders will not delete at all! RealPlayer folder (plus all inside) & RealDownloader (plus all inside) won't do anything. 

 

Can't re-install it either. Any help??

  Please restart your computer and try deleting those folders. Once you have deleted these folders, restart your computer once more and install RealPlayer. If you are still having issues installing RealPlayer, please let us know.

  I totally forgot about going through each folder thoroughly & deleting all the files.It's all gone, so hopefully it will re-install correctly
