I have complained about this before. You have stopped working on Macs. I have tried other platforms, taken from the internet and ones you suggested. None of these work. I want to know a) why you stopped working with Macs and b) when can I expect you to return. I did pay for the premium service. I am now getting no service!! I feel I have been robbed.
