cannot burn dvd's

cannot burn dvd's.  It appears to be burning, but then at the end the message "End of file error.  Parsing ac3 audio" and nothing is burned to the disc.  Please advise what the problem is and how to correct it.  Thank you.

  We have noticed that this error shows up on certain files that are not compatible with RealPlayer burn feature. One workaround is to use RealConverter and convert all the video to MP4 (even if it is in MP4 format). This step will ensure the files are compatible with RealPlayer's burn feature.

  the real player cant locate CD or computer when i want to burn CD /DVD

  Frank,

  This sounds to be a hardware issue.

  Please follow these steps to know if Windows is able to detect your DVD drive.

  1. Insert a CD or DVD into your drive.

  2. Double Click My PC or This PC

  3. Look for your DVD drive which will show next to C drive.

  4. Double click that and let us know if the folder opens within the DVD drive.

  If it doesn't open it means that your Windows doesn't detect the drive. If it does open the folder, please let us know.
