I don't understand what has happened to real -- but it may be a crime
After I tried to use the "View My Data Tool" -- which is supposed to reflect the information of my subscription, but when I click over to it ALL, REPEAT ALL the lines of substance are blank and it says at the top of the page that this was ""created....to make it easier for you to view your account data in one place"
Well, after that I went and read your "Terms Of Service" again. Now I realize that this states there is "No Warranty" of any kind and the the user assumes the entire risk but, to state and offer a certain tool or feature and then simply not have it be there does not fall under this category -- that could be considered fraud.
Because there does have to be a "good faith" effort made on your part -- that's basic common law going back centuries.
And, while I'm not considering legal action at this time, it does seem a shame that the powers-that-be are taking the once proud and honorable name of REAL PLAYER and pimping it out on reputation alone.
That's one of the things that is so annoying -- REAL used to actually be something. The front-runner that everyone else was trying to catch. Now, with this joke of a program -- Real Times which I can see absolutely no value in and I will not be putting it on my phones (because I can stop it on my computer, but not my phones and why is that exactly?) -- the intent is obvious.
Real has been purchased by someone who has no regard for anything but the bottom line and they will pay just the barest minimum of attention until the inevitable happens.
Users -- paying users like myself stop subscribing and there are bigger and better programs that cost either less or nothing -- and REAL is the next MySpace.
Pity. It could still be a competitor with only a bit of effort. Most of the hard work was done years ago. Now, it a simple matter of upkeep.
Or should be. Real Player -- well, there's a reason they call them 'classics". And a true classic never goes out of style.

We are not seeing any issues with your account's View My Data tool. It appears that you may be having a browser issue. Please follow these steps to resolve your issue.
1. Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar.
2. Under Browsing History, click Delete and Delete again when prompted.
3. Click OK and close Internet Options.
4. Restart your PC.
5. Check again.If the issue persists, please let us know.

Your loader has gone to crap. it will not download half the time. Do not buy it is a waist of money now. When it was just simple Real Player it worked great and worth the extra money.
Now, sometimes it will down load and then the next VD will not. No help from support. The solution about clearing your history is worthless. Then they will blame it on your router or server, anything but their worthless program now
This just started a week or so ago. was going to pay the $24.00 and upgrade been then it stopped downloading. Don't have time to copy/past crap every time.
