Duplicate accounts in realplayer cloud account...cannot reinstall realplayer ..need to delete one of the accounts before correct reinstall

    We see an active RealTimes Premium (Annual) subscription under this email address. Can you please let me know which other account you are referring to?

    Regarding installation of RealPlayer, can you please let us know what happens when you install? Are you seeing any error messages?

    When I reinstall RealPlayer,,after reinstallation when I attempt to play a selection from my cloud account..RealPlayer"freezes"..I got a message stating that i had duplicate accounts in my Realplayer cloud account..which you all do not allow...when i signed into my Real Acct. i signed in using my Google acct. ID and apparently that generated a "new" cloud acct. or something because after that i was unable to properly reinstall. Playback from my cloud library "Freezes" my RealPlayer.So I can only surmise that when i logged into Real.com and used my Google ID to login a duplicate account was established in My RealPlayer cloud Account...or something like that...can you erase my cloud library account? that would allow me to reestablish my cloud library in a proper fashion and perhaps solve the "Freeze" issue. Please HELP! I LOVE and NEED my RealPlayer!(smile)! Thank you very much
