"Unable to Download" after performing fix several times

    Can you please let us know which web browser you use to download videos? Can you also please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is?

    Please note: It should be 2020.01.24

    If it is not this version, please follow these steps to update your Downloader.

    1. Go to C:\ProgramData\Real\RealUpgrade

    2. Look for a folder named VideoDownloader and open it

    3. Double click the exe file and you will see videodl.exe saved.

    4. Copy this (videodl.exe) to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer. Overwrite if prompted.

    5. Restart PC and try downloading videos again.
