Not able to download video from youtube
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am not able to download video from youtube even for the "RealTimes App Customer Reviews" on YouTube.
I have also tried restart the Realtime Downloader or use other methods suggested by the Q&A session suggested on your webside.

Please install the latest version of RealPlayer from www.real.com.
The latest version has many bug fixes which includes the Downloader issue as well.
Please let us know if you have further issues.
