  Gene,

  We see that you have your paid account under your msn.com email address. Please sign into RealPlayer with your email address to activate your paid features. If you still see it as Premium burning disabled, please let us know.

  Runtime error: use of invalid editor Stream: Stream File Editor Base message usually is due to the following reasons.

  1. Faulty/corrupted file.

  2. Bad DVD Disk.

  3. Bad DVD Drive.

  You could use RealConverter to convert the video to MP4. Add this converted MP4 to your DVD burn list and let us know if it burns successfully.

  When I attempt to burn a DVD It transfers all clips, and shows that they are burning, however before the burn completes I get an error message that "ac sound is causing the error.  Please advise.  jimy2k12@yahoo.com
