is this loading problem ever going to get fixed.. i'm stating to think you don't have a clue.. it would be nice to have it now that a lot of us are stuck indoors . but apparently you don't really give two shits

  I agree their engineers appear to be as dumb as a can of worms.

  The loading problem has been going on for almost a month. The comment they make about engineers working on it BS. Plus they say they will send an e-mail when problem is fixed. I'm still waiting for that e-mail. There engineers sound like MORONS if it's taking this long to fix.

  We would like to reiterate that this is still being worked on. With the virus situation, we are thinly staffed and hence the delay but we can assure you that it will be resolved.

  Searching and downloading content can still be done in a web browser and that is what we've been telling all affected users.
